Fisher might only be a few days old, but he already has quite a busy schedule. He has already had his first doctor' appointment and a play date!
The doctor's appointment was a little hectic. When we arrived we were instructed to undress Fisher and meet the doctor out in the hallway to be weighed. We were provided with a water proof cloth to wrap him up in so he would not potty all over the place. Well, of course when we got Fisher out of his car seat we discovered he had a dirty diaper. So, we were in the middle of changing him when he peed all over mom and dad. Once this was under control and he was all cleaned up...you guessed it, he went potty again (the other kind). The nurse came back in the room and was like “we are waiting on you," then Fisher spit up. Within 10 minutes be peed, spit-up and made 2 "other" potties. Welcome to parenthood!
The good news is that Fisher is already back to his birth weight. It usually takes about 2 weeks, but our little man has done it in days. Can you say perfect? Here is a picture of Fisher and Daddy at the doctors.
Katie, Eric and Weston came to visit and Fisher made his first friend!
They put together a goodie bag with all of their favorite things for Fisher, it was amazing! I can't wait for our two boys to become the best of friends, just like their mommies!
